How to Set Up an AI Agent for Your Business in 30 Minutes

Getting an AI agent working for your business doesn't require technical expertise, a large budget, or days of configuration. If you can fill out a form and describe your business in plain language, you can have an AI agent running in 30 minutes. Here's the complete process.

Before You Start: What You'll Need

Gather these items before you begin:

• A Windows computer with at least 8GB of RAM
• A stable internet connection (for the initial download)
• Your Instagram business account login
• Your WhatsApp number (or WhatsApp Business)
• Basic information about your business (we'll detail what this means below)

That's it. No API key, no OpenAI account, no coding experience needed.

Step 1: Download and Install TamoWork (5 minutes)

Go to tamowork.com and download the installer. It's a standard Windows application — double-click, follow the prompts, and it installs like any other software. The first time you launch it, it will download the AI model files. Depending on your internet speed, this takes 10–20 minutes. Step 2: Prepare Your Business Information (10 minutes)

Step 5: Connect WhatsApp (3 minutes)

Similar to Instagram — scan a QR code with your WhatsApp app to connect. Your WhatsApp messages will now be monitored and responded to by the AI agent. You can still send manual messages; the AI handles the incoming ones you haven't responded to.

Step 6: Test Your Setup (5 minutes)

From a friend's phone or a test account, send a few messages to your Instagram and WhatsApp — the kinds of questions your real customers typically ask. Check that the responses are accurate and appropriate. If anything needs adjustment, update your business information and test again.
